::Rickyracer is right, you and your freinds get busy and get it done.I'm doing the sme swap,351W ,c-4, 3.55 8". You are worried about the engine swap when the rear end is the bigger headache.If your car is high milage chances are the shock towwers have sagged.Bill

: : i measured everything out and it will not fit in between the shock towers. i need about 3-4 inches on both sides. will i be able to get them hacked up enough at a shop to be able to fit this block in with the headers?

: : also the rear i know it is going to need mods to fit into my 72, but what do these mods entail? i got my 8.8" for free, so i wanna use it.
