That cam should run pretty good... I believe it is a 204*/214* Duration @ .050 with .448/.472 lift, and 112 degree lobe separation. You will lose a little bottom end (only a little) with those gears but will make up for it in the midrange. 3.40s or 3.55s would scream with that cam...


: Is anyone here using an Edlebrock Performer(not the RPM cam) cam in their 302, and using an automatic trans.?Does it have a strong bottom end?I am using 3.00:1 gears and I am afraid to go too big and sacrifice bottom end torque.Any input please.
