What tranys fit 250?

I've got a 250 sitting in a Mustang with a bad, unidentifiable automatic
trany (may be out of a pickup truck).
As Mavs had 250s too, I though someone might know if some of the
more modern 4-, 5-, and 6-speed manuals might fit. Any suggestions?
