The guy was talking about a stroker kit for a 302 (which is a 347) and you go off RAMBLING about 351 and 428 engines...You also stated the OBVIOUS which just about everyone on this board already knows--and all in caps. Only a dumbass would do that...

IM SURE YOU CAN ENGINEER A MAVERICK TO DEAL WITH THE UNDERSTEER, CUSTOM MOUNTS, RELOCATING RADIATORS, SHOCK TOWERS, ETC, AND OTHER RELATED PROBLEMS PROBLEMS YOU WILL ENCOUNTER WHEN YOU INSTALL A FOREIGN MOTOR. DONT WORRY ABOUT SLICING UP YOUR MAVERICK. YOU ARE WEALTHY AND IT OBVIOUSLY ISNT AN ISSUE WITH YOU.

: PLEASE FIND "THE FORD PERFORMANCE BOOK" BY PAT GANAHL. THIS IS WHERE THE TRICK IS VERY WELL ILLUSTRATED AND DOCUMENTED.
: IVE NEVER DONE IT TO ONE OF MY CARS, BUT I PLAN ON DOING SO. MY MAVERICK IS GOING TO KICK SOME SERIOUS ASS, AND STILL LOOK LIKE A MAVERICK ENGINE.
: MY GUESS IS IT WILL RUN CIRCLES AROUND YOUR FRANKENSTIEN MAVERICKS, AT A FRACTION OF THE EXPENSE. AND WILL NOT HAVE ALL KINDS OF ENGINEERING DEFECTS WHEN ITS ALL DONE.
