Tranny foaming...

Well, i dumped my excess tranny fluid, and it's still bubbling, only worse than before. It also started to slip when i put it down to the required amount of tranny fluid...and it still jerks from 1st-2nd.

Any ideas? The tranny was "rebuilt" by the previous owner (yeah, right).
