I just made this engine swap, first this is NOT cheap, second if you don't have a welder and a way to cut your shock towers the best thing for you to do is what everyone else has already said.
Save yourself alot of time and money stroke a 302 to 347 and get yourself a nice set of aftermarket heads, balance your motor and then go have fun!
There is one other thing I should say my 351W stroke to 408 just #%$& Screams!!!! so the choice is a tough one, good luck which ever way you go. IF you need some pix's or if you want more details you can email or call me 800-395-2152
