Front end vibartion Help Help???????

I have a 75 mav with power steering. I replaced the idler arm, upper ball joints, and upper control arm shafts. I had a front end aligment done. With all this work I still get a bad vibartion starting at 30-35 mph and it stops at about 40 mph.

Before I replace the lower ball joints does anybody knows what is wrong. I hate to rebuild the whole front end. Any chance that it is the steering?

Any advice is helpful.
