: I have a 75 mav with power steering. I replaced the idler arm, upper ball joints, and upper control arm shafts. I had a front end aligment done. With all this work I still get a bad vibartion starting at 30-35 mph and it stops at about 40 mph.

: Before I replace the lower ball joints does anybody knows what is wrong. I hate to rebuild the whole front end. Any chance that it is the steering?

: Any advice is helpful.

Hard to say but some things come to mind you should think about. Tire balance both front and rear.
If it might be the rear tires the vibration would tend to be felt in your seat and not the steering wheel when it happens.
It may be the U joint on the front of the drive shaft. Check wheel bearing tightness. Steering box mounting etc.
Hope it leads to a resolution for you.
