Glad to hear about NOT installing wind to the moon parts on a stock engine.
If you want to keep low end torque, small carb/small runner combo is it.
There in yet more performance to get by recurving the timing and a pair of (stepped headers) from Hedmon.
Tune the 4 barrel secondary tipin point so there in no bog etc.
I'm sure you will enjoy the feel.
Then if more torque and a little higher rpm is desired, its cam time. There are cams that will pull hard upto 5000.
