Hey all...

I've got a 71 Grabber parts car that I am taking the a/c out of to put in my 71 2-door coupe project car. I have already taken out the dash and the under-dash unit and ductwork, but that leads to an interesting question. Obviously, when I change out these dashes, the a/c dash will have the VIN number from the Grabber on it, unless I drill the rivets out and swap the two plates. Is there a way to do this professionally that won't look like I have stolen a VIN tag? Cheap aluminum rivets are probably not going to cut it here. Those of you who have done this swap, what did you do in the same situation? I just don't want to make it look like I have done something illegal, but I do want to keep the proper VIN.

Thanks
