BEEF UP??? WITH OUT $$$$

Is there any way to beef up a 200 6 with out alot of $$$ I know I can go to 6=8 web pacle and get things to help it out, but I really don't have the cash for it, I just want it to have balls mabe enough to squeel the tires a bit, it's a 4 door 1975 automatic (c-4) origanal rims (with hub caps) its all stock except for the new found rust, but any way Please let me know, all ideas will be great!!
P.S. will a valve job make it have balls?? New wires, cap and rotor, and good plugs??? The oil that is in it right now it that new valvalen the one in the red bottal, after putting that in it, ran alot better!!! again let me know please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
