I had my racing Kart stolen once, recovered. They found who did it, they were delinquents but the parents were ordered to pay $300 damage. I got 2 payments of $20. You never know how it'll turn out, but if you don't try to recover your money then not only will you not have a chance at recovering it ever, but you'll save Terry a lot of greif. Do you want to make his life easier? I'd go for it, making him pay at least by having to explain himself in court. -CP
: You can sue for fees court costs and damages but collecting is another matter.
