I took my Maverick out yesterday for the first time this year
(The snow finally melted... just kidding) and after
a short drive, white smoke was comming out from under the hood.
This morning, I took a look at the engine compartment and saw radiator fluid
on the engine and hood and the radiator was just about empty. I filled the
radiator up and took the car to pick up some stop leak. When I came home,
the car was really smoking, and when I opened the hood, white smoke was
comming from under the air cleaner housing. Do I have a major cooling
system problem or is the carb shot? Is it worth putting the stop leak in?
TIA.
