1.. The bored and stroked 302 to the 347 is going to be lighter and faster than a stock 351W. 2.. The parts for 302s-351Ws are a dime a dozen in bone yards and there is plenty of after market stuff. 3.. BIG Block head aches the tranny tunnel may need to be banged out a bit because of the big block bell housing
