I hope that's like after its started cold and revved up... what is it at idle cold, hot, and at about 2000rpms, cold and hot?

I have installed mechanical oil,and temperature gauges, oil pressure is 80lbs, water temp.. ok.I left idiot lights hooked up also.didn.t have this problem until engine change, what can I check to find or correct problems? any ideas? is there something I have to reset?
