302 ford starting problem

When hot it kicks back against the starter, when the ignition is off it spins freeley. I have installed a new high torque starter, battery, alternator, starter solonoid, and drive belt. I have 117 PSI compression on 2 cylinders and 120 PSI on the other 6. ANY HELP OUT THERE??????
