I would like to put an in-dash tach in my '73. Less temptong to thieves and more 'factory' looking. I was thinking of going with a 3 3/8 AutoMeter Street Comp in-dash unit mounted in the left side nacelle, to match the other gauges I'm using, but I started to wonder whether or not there might be a Ford factory in-dash unit that could be adapted to this purpose (say, maybe a Mustang unit?). Any advice or suggestions? Also open to alternative tach mounting suggestions. Thanks in advance. John B.
