However I may be wrong but, if you look at it
this way... if you have a pre 74 in CA it don't
matter what you stuff in there cuz you don't need
to get it smoged. Heck chuck a 351 HO
Supercharged lighting motor in it.
BTW if you wanna run cats, just run two of them.
