I'm not sure what happened to your box cause i've never seen one break before but they are not hard to change. You will need either a pitman arm puller or a tie rod end tool depending on where your going to break it loose from the linkage. If your putting a power steering box on a manual set up, (or visa versa), you need to keep the origional pitman arm on the car. If your changing same boxes, you can keep the pitman arm on the box & break it loose from the linkage at the ball stud. This is the easier of the 2. Once you get that, there are 2 bolts holding the rag joint to the steering shaft & 3 bolts holding the box to the frame. Now would be a good time to replace that rag joint. They are available in the "Help" section at any auto store for less than $10
