Paul; yes, you can run headers with the power steering and auto, if you move the shifter to the floor. I have a '69.5, and moved the shifter to the floor, and used FlowTech headers. I have a manual, but someone makes an adapter to move the pwr steering cylinder down to make room for the headers. Also, you can change to manual steering.
