: : Hello everyone!
: : I am now thinking about getting a new exhaust system for my 73 mav. I called my local performance place and they told me to replace all of my piping from 2 to 2 1/4 all the way back and to change both of the mufflers to Flowmasters with new tips would run me between $250-$300. Does this sound fair? I just do not want to get screwed. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks so much.
: : Jeri

:
: That's a hell of a deal! Go for It! I live in the San Francisco Bay area and I got a deal to have the same thing done for $360.00 and very happy with it,but it took some phone calls ,and I got quote's as high as $650.00,and that was not for Flowmasters,What I got was 50 series 3 chamber Flowmasters,if You can get it done for $300.00 more power to You,and then make a run up here for a mini meet!
