Is being friendly and communicating as much as possible to the mechanic. If you came into my work and told me your story, I'd do a better job. I know you should always try your best, but you can always do better. And sometimes you reach a fork in the road and you can either do it the right way or halfway, and if you've had a really frustrating day and you just want to get it out the door and hope it'll work right... No mechanic has always done the right thing even if he wants too, but a friendly customer who you know wants you to do your best and who you can relate to will make you try harder. -CP
: I Agree with you Charlie... I should mention that mech 2 and I talked about "putting it in WRITING", something I planned on which ever way I went.
: Once I find the elusive doner (the one I was eyeballing appears to have been sold) I plan on haveing a face to face meeting with the guy who's doing the work. In fact, I think I'll spring for the cost of a "house call" with #2 so he can asses the whole situation and we can discuss it in person.
