I Agree with you Charlie... I should mention that mech 2 and I talked about "putting it in WRITING", something I planned on which ever way I went.
Once I find the elusive doner (the one I was eyeballing appears to have been sold) I plan on haveing a face to face meeting with the guy who's doing the work. In fact, I think I'll spring for the cost of a "house call" with #2 so he can asses the whole situation and we can discuss it in person.
