the emblem is held on the grill by two sheet metal nuts on studs that are part of the backing plate. The backing plate is held on to the chrome outer ring by four small screws. And that holds the plastic Maverick emblem in place. If any of you would like to counter that my Ford one part# D00B-8216-4 must be wrong.
: How does the center medalion attach to the grill? I have one but there are no "apparent" attachment points. It looks like it was "rivetted" to the metal ring that is still attached to the grill. How would one re-attach it?
