Those parts sound fine for a good reliable street engine. Fel-pro is a very good gasket, but you should be fine with the gaskets included in your kit. But you still need to look at machine shop costs, like honing and possibly boring block, having the rods and crank checked. Although that shouldn't be too much. It looks to me you have gotten away with a very good deal for the rebuild, and good luck. You may also want to contact PAW, they have various kits also and have a very good reputation.
