I/6 200 to I/6 250 swap questions.

I might be swapping up to a 250. Would prefer a V8 but I don't think I can afford all the other things that need to be changed also so I'm thinking a I/6 250 would be a better swap at the moment. My question is: What, if anything, would need to be changed out? I have a C4 tranny & no AC. If you need more info just ask.
