Best 302 for my Mav?

Hi! I own an OEM '75 Mav 4dr Automatic with a 250. I plan to put in an FI
302 but keep the C4 until my budget allows me to put in a T5. In the
long run, I want to use it as a daily driver but still be able to smoke
Mustang toast when I want to. I know there are many different kinds of
302s out there and I don't have much mechanical experience. Which 302
is best for my intentions, easiest to install and allows for maximum
flexibility?
