You can do it yourself. Usually they just sell the whole lower control arm. You can get it at almost any parts store. The arm comes with bushing, and ball joint and aren't too much. I think it was around $20 when I did mine. I haven't tried this without removing the coil spring but it should be possible. Put the car on jack stands. Remove the tire. Disconnect the sway bar end links, and strut bar bolts. Loosen the ball joint nut and use a ball joint fork to pop the ball joint out of the spindle, then take out the control arm bolt. Install new arm with the reverse procedure. Then get an alignment right away. That's pretty much all there is to it. I hope this helps.
