Lower Control arm bushings?

How hard is it to change these? Do I need to have them pressed, or can I do them myself? If it is a do-it-urselfer, what is the time slot like? Any input on this would be much appreciated, i really dont wanna let someone else touch Misty (Mav's name). Thanx much guys, Jay Allen
