I finished building my 3-spd manual today at work.Slow day today, not many broken trannies. It was in pretty good shape considering it has about 130,000 on the clock. All it needed was the bearing, synchros, and small parts kit.My question now is what clutch should I get?It has the lever type on it now,but I was thinking about a diaphram type instead.Heres a list of planned mods for the engine:
weind stealth intake, lunati street/strip cam#30613(hydraulic),headers(haven't decided which ones yet)holley 600 double pumper, and maybe some 2.02 heads. The rear diff is stock gearing,3.00:1.I do have another question though,do you think this combo will work on the street pretty good or at all? Also planning on a posi for the rear.
Thanks for any help
