I belive I have the same setup as you. It's a 76 302 with a/c and p/s. The p/s pump is on the inside crank pulley along with the water pump/fan. The alternator is on the middle pulley all by itself. The a/c gets the front pulley. You will either an adjustable idler pulley, or a new water pump pulley that will line up with the alternator pulley to eliminate the 3rd belt. You could always buy an electric water pump and fan! ;) I suppose that's not the cheapest solution... :If I remember right your power steering pump is what takes the slack out of the belt.
