POWER STEERING REMOVAL

I have a 76 Ford Maverick in which I got tired of replacing power steering hoses which ain't cheap. Bearings were shot in the pump as well. So I pulled the unit and hoses off and found that my fan and water pump ran off my power steering pump. Now what? Guess I'll hit the boneyards this weekend and look for a tensioner pulley or fan with additional pulleys or something. Anyone else had this experience?
