Ok, my tranny was rebuilt 10K ago - or i was told and have no reason to think otherwise. The tranny fluid is nicely red, no burnt smell and such... Now at WOT take off the tranny shifts nice and smooth. BUT at part throttle it goes to 20mph then revs up higher then shifts into 2nd, rpms come down and the car builds speed, as it shifts into 3rd it will rev up high and then shift. Its bothersom, it almost sounds like a new driver on a clutch car. That sound like a faulty vaccum regulator on the tranny maybe? I am gonna be putting a shift kit into it - i wanna FEEL 2nd gear snap in lol... Any advice? David
