Now at WOT take off the tranny shifts nice and smooth. BUT at part throttle it goes to 20mph then revs up higher then shifts into 2nd, rpms come down and the car builds speed, as it shifts into 3rd it will rev up high and then shift. Its bothersom, it almost sounds like a new driver on a clutch car. That sound like a faulty vaccum regulator on the tranny maybe? I am gonna be putting a shift kit into it - i wanna FEEL 2nd gear snap in lol... Any advice? : : : :David, my vote would be the vacc unit first. Some are adjustable. Been there done that with my c4 already, shift kit and all. Tires break on 1-2 shift with 3 to 1 rear yet. Ken
