Hey guys, I just purchased my 4th 1971 Maverick. Three of them are true Grabbers while the other one, I converted into a Grabber with all the trimmings. Anyway, I have a couple of questions about the one I just purchased. The original color is Grabber Lime and I don't recall ever seeing one this color and was wondering if there are any owners out there that may have one or at least a good picture of one. The car is in primer and I'd kinda like to see a nice picture of one in order to decide if I want to paint it back this color. If I don't go back with the Lime, I'll probably go with Yellow. The next thing is that under the dash is a small consolette which at first I didn't pay much attention to as I thought it was just something someone installed there just for the heck of it. After I got it home, I discovered a Maverick logo on the front of it. Still puzzled, I took it out and turned it over only to find Ford part numbers on it so I've decided it had to be an original Maverick part. Does anyone have any info on this?
