Conversion of 1970 & 1973 Mavericks

Need some help: I have a 1970 Maverick with pretty good interior that I would like to use and I have a 1973 Maverick with better exterior than the 1970. My question is what is the better/easier conversion?? Should I move the interior or exterior?? What kind of problems will I run into with the year difference (dash??) ? Thanks for your help!!
