There are 2 differences that you may find. Some 73's have the interior door handles in a different location. If yours is, you can change the whole door and this will not be a problem. The other is the back seat. They are definately different, The 70 has a straight lower cusion. The 73 had the seatbelts comming out the side panels so the seat is curved in & the side panels curved out to make room for the retract mechanism. You would have to deal with this no matter which way you go.
