I have these plans to do that 1" Shelby drop of the upper control arm. The plan is to acquire front disc brakes from a 75 at this junkyard and as I install them I will change the inner tie-rod ends and lower the upper control arms. My question is where do I get the ball joint shims required to do this? Also, what are the best springs to get when switching to a v-8? What kind of sources for sub-frame connectors do ya'll know of...Make my own? Last one; what is the best disc and caliper for the 75 spindles?(year make) I want fat brakes, suspension and lastly a v-8! I'm saving dough!
