No problem. With regard to Mustang Big-Block installation, the engine compartment is narrower and the shock towers leave less room for a large engine. I assume you're referring to a 390? If your Maverick has a 302, or if you've seen a 302 bolted into a Maverick, you'll see there's very little room even with the small block. I've seen a 351 Windsor done with little modification (a bit of shock tower massage), but I don't think a 390 or any other FE or 385 series engine will fit without making some pretty serious modification to the shock towers. I welcome anyone else on the board who may have more experience with this than me to either agree or challenge this opinion, as it is just an opinion.

With regard to the front sproiler, if you can consider the very limited production of the Mexican Shelby, then yes it had a stock front Sproiler. I believe it also had the Comet GT hood/Grille. If you're interested in ordering a sproiler, I think several companies make or carry them. One that I know of for sure is MAS fiberglass products. You can find their ads in any Mustang & Fords magazine (or several others).

And don't worry about wearing out your welcome. The more the merrier.
