Dew-98 is the designation for the line of chassis that the Lincoln LS, the new T-bird, and the s-type Jag ride on. Commonality is a big key to getting something into production. I kind of went of on a tangent because the Mustang already has the rear drive coupe/convertible market sewn up and Ford wouldn't want to jeapardize that brand. Also, the 2004 Mustang is going to use a variant of the DEW-98 as well. All interesting ideas! |
