:autozone does not carry one or a compatible one. :is this a "dealer only" type of part, or can a NAPA or a good parts vender get it? :i need one immediately. my throttle cable snapped at the pedal, as i was making a pass. :well.... the car didnt go anywhere, but was still running. just the pedal was laying lame on the floorboard. :i had to speed up the idle, and coast it home at about 15-16 mph. about 2 miles, and in rush hour traffic. :was pretty harrowing, and the other motorist didnt appreciate it...lol : :anyway, can someone sell me one, or instruct me of where to go to get one, and a possible parts number. :i know where there is a 73 mustang, in a junkyard. would that cable work, or does it have to be maverick specific? : :thanks :MT
