I appreciate the info. I'm not debating the accuracy of what you're saying, but I am wondering why Ford used two separate wires if they can both be wired to switched positive. Is there a feature on the Granada that the Maverick doesn't have?

:If you got the wiring harness then the only thing to hook up is the red & white wires out of the module. Splice them both together and hook them to a switched hot on the run side. If you look at your firewall just to the left of the master cylinder about 6 inches or so, there should be a female pig tail hanging out of the wiring harness. This is the hook up you need. I have done a 71 & 72 and this wire was on both of them. Its almost like they knew we were going to do this. Must of been one of Ford's better ideas.
