you can use 4-door hinges from the front doors because they are the same hinge. It is also a good tip because those hinges aren't as wore out because the doors weigh less on a 4-door than on a two door.Alos, if you are really limber, you can remove the hinges withour removing the fender. Take out the rear splash guard behind the front wheel. Reach in there and remove one hinge at a time.

:..replace the entire hinge. The hinges are the same for both sides of the car. Ford just flipped them upside down to go from one side to the other. Get a set of hinges from the passenger side of a junkyard car since they are usually in great shape and flip them over and install on the drivers side. This works for the 2 door and although i've never verified it, I would bet they are the same for the 4 door. You will have to pull the fender to do it but its worth it. With the door shut, change them one at a time.
