..replace the entire hinge. The hinges are the same for both sides of the car. Ford just flipped them upside down to go from one side to the other. Get a set of hinges from the passenger side of a junkyard car since they are usually in great shape and flip them over and install on the drivers side. This works for the 2 door and although i've never verified it, I would bet they are the same for the 4 door. You will have to pull the fender to do it but its worth it. With the door shut, change them one at a time.
