I replaced my driver's door hinges some years ago with the fender on. I didn't get then aligned perfectly, and curled in the fender when I opened the door. Then, when I closed the door, it pushed it out, since they were already stuck together. Nice and crinkled now. I wish I had taken off the fender. If only there were a Maverick message board back in 93...
