Rear trunk emblem and build specs

Just a couple of questions about my new Mav. What is the best way to attach the trunk emblem. Adhesive,superglue,horshoe nails,welding!!!!! they seem to fall off most Mavs. after a while. Also I couldn't find in the archives where to send to ford for the complete list of options and info about a car. My new Mav. is I'm sure a 69.5 made in Canada but some of the info on the door jam is illegible. Help?!
