:Just a couple of questions about my new Mav. What is the best way to attach the trunk emblem. Adhesive,superglue,horshoe nails,welding!!!!! they seem to fall off most Mavs. after a while. Also I couldn't find in the archives where to send to ford for the complete list of options and info about a car. My new Mav. is I'm sure a 69.5 made in Canada but some of the info on the door jam is illegible. Help?!
- - - Page 9 of the Jan01 Mustang Monthly provided the following info: "To request a "History 999" report for your American made Mustang, call the american Ford Customer Assistance line at 800-392-3673. If your Mustang was made in Canada, you will need to call the Canadian Customer Service line at 800-565-3673 and request a Broadcast Sheet. According to Ford PR sources, info is available for only 67 - 88 models for right now. You will need to provide them only with your car's VIN. They will mail or fax you a complete list of options for the car." Not sure if this works for Mavericks, give it a try and let us know. Tom |
