Ok let's start fresh here, did you make any changes to the engine or cooling systems lately?
What were you/car doing when you first discovered this problem?
Ever happen before to this engine?

:I have also tried another cap. I have a stock aluminum 289 type
:water pump and a 4 row radiator. The engine has a Moroso
:4" underdrive pulley On the harmonic balancer. When you rev the engine ,or "get on it" while driving it will push coolant out of the radiator cap.
