Question for Ricky Racer ..or anyone who might know

Does anyone know what would cause my car to to push coolant out of the radiator cap at when it revs up? The Cap is a new 16lb.and I have also tried another cap. I have a stock aluminum 289 type water pump and a 4 row radiator. The engine has a Moroso 4" underdrive pulley On the harmonic balancer. When you rev the engine ,or "get on it" while driving it will push coolant out of the radiator cap.
