There's been so much on here about leaky cowls, I had to post this when I found it. National Parts Depot lists a Repair Collar Kit for Mustangs. It is part number 02228-1, and sells for $14.95. It is described as such: "Plastic flanged collars fit under and into the cowl vent collar. When properly installed and sealed these collars will stop all but the most severe leaks. Kit contains 2 vent repair collars, a 3 oz. tube of silicone adhesive sealant and detailed instructions." That is assuming the cowl vents are the same size for a Maverick and a Mustang, which I imagine they would be. Just thought I would pass that along.
